ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:
a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
National Programme for Organic Production (NPOP)
1.NPOP is the main stay for quality assurance for organic agriculture products
2.NPOP has equivalence with organic food regulations of European Union and Switzerland.(as per the official agreement between the Governing Bodies)
3.Recognition agreement on conformity assessment with USDA.
HACCP
An HACCP system allows you to identify hazards and put in place controls to manage these throughout your supply chain during production. The HACCP scheme meets the requirements of the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) – established by the World Health Organization and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations to bring together international food standards, guidelines and codes of practice to ensure fair trade.
GMP
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certification ensures the integrity of food manufacturing process as well as compliance with food safety regulations.
FSSAI
FSSAI (food safety and standards authority of India) is an organization that governs, regulates and monitors the food business. Also, it is an autonomous body formulated under the ministry of health and family welfare, GoI. FSSAI defines standards for Food and processes it involves, ensuring safety and quality.
Tea Board Of India
The Tea Board of India is an agency of the Government of India established to keep a check on Tea quality, promote the cultivation, processing, and domestic trade as well as export of tea from India. It was established by the enactment of the Tea Act in 1953 with its headquarters in Kolkata.
MSME
The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises(MSME), a branch of the Government of India, is the apex executive body for the formulation and administration of rules, regulations and laws relating to micro, small and medium enterprises in India.
